1. Cancellation
Please contact us immediately via our in-app Help Center chat feature if you wish to cancel your Order after it has been placed. You have the right to cancel your Order provided a Seller has not yet accepted your Order.
2 Refunds
(i) Online Payment Orders
You have the right to a refund for a cancelled Order only if a Seller has not yet accepted your Order. Should you still decide to cancel your Order after it has been accepted by the Seller, you understand that no refunds (whether in whole or in part) will be issued to you and you forfeit the delivery of your cancelled Order.

(ii) Cash-on-Delivery Orders
You have the right to cancel your Order only if a Seller has not yet accepted your Order. Should you still decide to cancel your Order after it has been accepted by the Seller, you understand that you shall forfeit the delivery of your cancelled Order and cash-on-delivery may be removed from your list of available payment methods for your future orders.
foodmoodbd reserves the right to cancel any Order and/or suspend, deactivate or terminate your foodmoodbd account in its sole discretion if it reasonably suspects or detects fraudulent behavior or activity associated with your foodmoodbd account and/or with your Order.
If you place a cash-on-delivery order and you provide your address information wrong also you don't answer the phone call from our rider or do not receive the delivery, your foodmoodbd account will be terminated. If you attempt this kind of behavior multiple times, we will take legal action against you.
Item mismatch: In the event the food/product received by your do not match your Order please contact foodmoodbd through this number +8801322446790 within 30 minutes from receipt of delivery. Please do keep all evidential record, including documents, photograph invoice, etc. showing the mismatch between the food/products and your Order and send the same to info@foodmoodbd.com or foodmoodbd's in-app Help Center chat. foodmoodbd reserves the sole right to determine appropriate actions in such an event, upon conducting a proper investigation as per the internal policies
Disclaimer: In the event of any dissatisfaction with the food prepared and/or delay by the partner restaurant or service provided by the rider; foodmoodbd reserves the right to determine, if necessary, appropriate actions against partner restaurants and/or riders as per its internal governing policies. Additionally, in such an event, foodmoodbd reserves the sole right to determine the amount and the method of refund, if any, as per its internal governing policies.
